Yes. The project is FEMA-compliant for agricultural land ownership through approved structures. We offer NRI-specific documentation, virtual site walkthroughs, monthly photo/video updates, and complete remote management. Several families across the US, UK, and Singapore already own here.

We work with leading partner banks for plot loans. Loan-to-value depends on your profile, but financing structures are available for both Plot-only and Plot+Manduva configurations. Our team will share the full schedule during your visit.
