What exactly is a "Managed Farm Plot"?
You own the plot legally. Our team plants and tends 20+ fruit, flowering and vegetable trees on it, watering, organic pest control, harvesting, all included. You collect produce, your land appreciates, and you do nothing operationally. Your land is never idle, even when you are.
Can NRIs buy?
Yes. The project is FEMA-compliant for agricultural land ownership through approved structures. We offer NRI-specific documentation, virtual site walkthroughs, monthly photo/video updates, and complete remote management. Several families across the US, UK, and Singapore already own here.
What are the financing options?
We work with leading partner banks for plot loans. Loan-to-value depends on your profile, but financing structures are available for both Plot-only and Plot+Manduva configurations. Our team will share the full schedule during your visit.
When is possession? What about maintenance?
Plot possession is immediate post-registration. Manduva homes follow an agreed construction timeline of 8–12 months. Society maintenance, security, common-area upkeep, plot management, and Goshala operations are governed by a transparent monthly fee structure.
What if I want to resell later?
